Maya P. Haberland

I was born and grew up in Guatemala in a German household. I moved to the United States for college and then worked in Publishing, followed by a stint as a Middle School Math and Spanish teacher. Throughout my life, beginning around the age of 8, I have held a deep love for words and stories. I have been writing stories in my head, on scrap paper, in notebooks, and occasionally on computers ever since.
